We provide two basic services for those looking to rent their property
Full Management
This is a complete service. It includes finding a tenant, the
required screening, inspections of the property (both at the start
of the lease and the end of the lease and at least once during the
lease), rental collections and disbursements, utility payments,
holding the deposit in an interest bearing trust account, attending
to property maintenance, on call 24 hours for emergencies.
Service Fee: 10% of the monthly rental paid
monthly by the Lessor.
A lease fee of R500-00 is paid by the lessee.
Tenant Placement
(otherwise known as a Non Collection)
In this instance we find a tenant, do the required screening and
complete the lease. Copies are handed over to the Lessor and Lessee
and our services are then terminated. The Lessor attends to
the rental collection, the holding of deposit in an interest bearing
trust account, attends to call outs and maintainance.
Service Fee: 7% of the monthly rental paid in full
on completion of the lease by the Lessor.
A lease fee of R500-00 is paid by the lessee.

We do not do short term (less than six months) or holiday rentals
